1983 Diploma on Geodesy at Geodetic Institute, University of Karlsruhe 

1983 – 1995 
University of Karlsruhe, now Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). 1988 PhD  Analyse und Optimierung geodätischer Netze nach spektralen Kriterien und mechanische Analogien. DFG-project, GPS-Alpstraverse project, International RaD cooperations with Romania, Italy and France. Different professional work and projects outside KIT (Software Developments, Engineering Geodesy (railway networks adjustment, bridges networks, tunneling networks, tunnel breakthrough prognosis, Fundamental Geodetic Networks, e.g. along the seam East-West Berlin after German reunion 1991)).

1995 – 2022 Professor. Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HKA). Disciplines Satellite Geodesy, Mathematical Geodesy, Parameter Estimation, Software Development and Surveying

Different International Working Groups of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG) and International Federation of Surveyors (FIG). European Tempus projects in Baltic States on Geodetic Education in 1998 - 2002. International Project Height Determination of Kilimanjaro 1999. Development of Geodetic Infrastructures for GNSS Services for Namibia, Tanzania, Troja, Brasil, Spain, Hungary, Baltic States, Albania, Moldova (www.moldpos.eu), Russia in 1998-2012.  International Geomonitoring projects e.g. in Mali, South Africa, Namibia, Austria, Bosnia, France, Germany in 1999 - 2022 (www.monika.ag, www.goca.info). Member of ASIIN study programs accrediation commission. Scientific head of the interational RTCM WG on the development of the World standard RTCM Transformation Messages 3.x for realtime internet messages based GNSS positioning and navigation in 2004-2007. Member pf PhD school of the University of West Hungary, Faculty of Geoinformatics,  Szekesfehervar 2006 - 2008. Continuous cooperation with UPV Valencia the International Master Program Geomatics 2012 - 2022.
