Is getting hired/ career success really just a matter of luck?

Have you ever wondered why someone else landed the internship, exciting project, or promotion you were hoping for?

While it may seem like luck, successful careers are rarely built by chance. In this interactive workshop, you'll discover what really influences hiring and promotion decisions. You'll gain valuable insider insights into the factors that managers/supervisors consider when selecting candidates, identifying high-potential employees, and making career advancement decisions. Drawing on more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, the trainer will share practical, behind-the-scenes perspectives on what makes candidates stand out—and how you can actively shape your own career path from the very beginning. Don't leave your future to chance. Learn how to position yourself strategically and take control of your career right from the beginning!

Focus of session 1: Understanding how recruitment works in Germany from the perspective of managers/ supervisors as well as hiring managers, and learning how to present yourself effectively throughout the application process.

Focus of session 2: Building a successful career within a company, increasing your visibility, and communicating your achievements effectively.

We highly recommend attending both sessions, as they build on each other and provide a comprehensive understanding of job entry as well as career success in Germany. However, it is also possible to register for and attend only Part 1 or Part 2.
