Drawing on more than 20 years of executive leadership experience , the trainer will share practical, behind-the-scenes perspectives on what makes candidates stand out—and how you can actively shape your own career path from the very beginning. Lecturer: Stefan Piekny, Consulting & Training This workshop is divided into two complementary sessions: Part 1: December 4, 2:00–6:00 p.m. Focus: Understanding how recruitment works in Germany from the perspective of managers/ supervisors as well as hiring managers, and learning how to present yourself effectively throughout the application process. Part 2: December 11, 2:00–6:00 p.m. Focus: Building a successful career within a company, increasing your visibility, and communicating your achievements effectively. Please register on Jobs & Events! We highly recommend attending both sessions, as they build on each other and provide a comprehensive understanding of job entry as well as career success in Germany. However, it is also possible to register for and attend only Part 1 or Part 2.
