Bernd Langer beleuchtet, wie der ProduktionsKulturelle Biorhythmus (PKB) verborgene Leistungsreserven und kulturell verankerte Muster in Produktion, Logistik und Administration erstmalig sichtbar macht. Mittels der Methode ADaM24 (Advanced Data Management über 24 Stunden) wird über einen Zeitraum von etwa 60 Tagen ein Standardtag ermittelt, welcher das unverfälschbare Real Output Profile (ROP) und damit den unternehmenskulturellen Fingerabdruck präzise visualisiert. Diese objektiven Fakten, die typische Schwankungen und Leistungslücken (wie die sechs PKB-Muster) aufdecken, schaffen eine nicht anzweifelbare Basis für den Dialog und konstruktive Verbesserungsprozesse zwischen Management und Shopfloor. Im Gegensatz zu kurzfristiger, punktueller Optimierung setzt der PKB auf die nachhaltige Veränderung von Verhalten und Kultur und ermöglicht durch zeitselektive POI-Projekte (Points of Interest) gezielte Eingriffe, wo der Nutzen am größten ist. Von Karlsruhe nach Aizu: KMM-Masterstudierende auf der ETLTC-Konferenz 2026
Wie jedes Jahr reisten die Studierenden des Master-Kurses von Prof. Ziegler an die Partner-Universität in Japan. Während des Wintersemesters forschten sie mit der Unterstützung durch Praxispartner aus der Industrie aktiv daran, wie man Informationsmanagement durch KI-gestützte Analyseverfahren und semantische Informationsarchitekturen datengetrieben weiterentwickeln kann.
