The 14th International Conference on Network of the Future (NoF), which was held in the beautiful city of Izmir, Turkey, from October 4 to 6, focused on areas of future Internet design with an emphasis on enabling cutting-edge technologies from the perspectives of specification, design, and analysis related to the network of the future architecture, applications, services, management, implementation, scalability, standardization, business, and legal aspects. The conference aimed to provide a forum for researchers, students, and professionals to exchange ideas, share their experiences, and discuss their research results around a single track of technical sessions and a series of keynote speeches.

It could cover various areas, such as networks, enablers, business and legal aspects, and methods, through constructive discussions among a diverse range of researchers. The presentations and follow-up discussions could pave the way for newly developed methods for future networking. In addition, there were conducive keynotes covering different aspects of computer networking, including Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Disaggregating the Access Network, and the application of machine learning in network design, culminating in an outstanding panel talk over the Fifth Generation (5G) networks.
