Internship and studying abroad

Cooperation with universities abroad

Some courses of the Master's program take place in cooperation with universities abroad. These include, for example, the University of Aizu in Japan as well as Minnesota State University in Mankato, USA and Pwani University in Kilifi, Kenya. Our students benefit here from the program's personal relationships with the universities.

Popular destinations

Our students are scattered over 6 continents - but nobody has been to Antarctica yet. However, they have been to Australia, Brazil, China, France, Great Britain, India, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, the USA and other countries.

Semester abroad

Although the Master's program does not include an internship semester or a semester abroad, we are happy to support you if you would like to go abroad to study or complete internships. There you not only improve your foreign language skills but also learn to adapt to a new social environment and react flexibly to changes. It is equally important to establish contacts with other students and to better get to know foreign countries and cultures.

The university has worldwide cooperations with various universities. The International Office will actively support you in traveling to your desired destination and will help you with the crediting of courses you attend there. There, you can also find out about help with funding and scholarships for your stay abroad.
