CHE Master's Ranking, December 2019

Whoever wants to follow up a bachelor's degree with a master's degree is faced with a plethora of offers and the question of which is the most suitable. The ranking of master's degree programs is intended to help applicants make the right choice for them. The current issue of "ZEIT CAMPUS" contains a new ranking of master's programs in which the Center for Higher Education Development (CHE) compares the study programs offered in 11 to 15 different criteria, depending on the subject, and publishes a selection. Particularly in the master's program, the focus is on research; students should come into contact with cutting-edge research.

Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences can achieve excellent rankings in the current ranking with three master's degree programs at once: The master's program Civil Engineering is in the top group in the category "degrees in a reasonable time," while the master's programs Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering each in the category "International Orientation in Master's Studies" and Mechanical Engineering also achieves a top place in the category "Research Funds per Professor" - so is represented twice in a top group.
