ALPAKA offers two central, free formats at the HKA to support your personal and professional development: compact workshops and individual coaching sessions.

In addition to our own formats, we also recommend selected further training courses from external providers that are specially tailored to the needs of doctoral candidates and academic staff.

Workshops to promote scientific skills

In cooperation with the Institute for Scientific Continuing Education (IWW), we offer future-oriented, free continuing education courses for academic staff, doctoral students and lecturers.

For approval , simply speak to your supervisor about this. If necessary, you can apply for up to 5 days of educational leave per year for further training.
