Construction Project Management is a department of the Department of Development, Construction and Infrastructure (EBI). This area includes both the construction maintenance of minor repairs and the project management of major construction projects.

Repair and refurbish, build new

The ideas of campus development are implemented in the area of construction, which improves and optimizes the campus.

Building maintenance

The task of building maintenance is to maintain the structural condition of the university's buildings and outdoor facilities and to guarantee their full usability through condition-based repair.

Project support

Project Support is responsible for the implementation of major construction projects. Once the need has been identified, construction measures are coordinated and monitored in close cooperation with the Amt Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg.
