Civil Engineering Tri-national

Before you continue your studies at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences after the study periods in France and Switzerland, you will use what you have learned so far in a practical context in the fifth study semester. You will work at an engineering office or a comparable institution, gaining an insight into future professional work, and contributing your knowledge and skills.

Since the focus of this program is on international cooperation, as an enrolled student of Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences you will have to complete your internship semester in a participating foreign country - i.e. in France or Switzerland. It is largely up to you at which institution you complete this internship, in consultation with the program’s Internship Board.
