Business Informatics Laboratories
The Department of Information Systems has four departmental computer pools (PC pools) at its disposal. Furthermore, we operate a server landscape for central applications.
Due to an extensive client installation on the pool computers, there is no need for a classical spatially bound laboratory situation. For all lectures and exercises offered, any computer in the department can be used. Thus, the situation of "virtual laboratories" arises.
In-depth exercises outside of the lectures can be done on any computer or the own hardware via VPN and provided client software.
