E-mobility & Co: Shape the mobility of the future

Are you a technology-savvy environmentalist with career ambitions? Would you like to help shape the mobility of tomorrow? Do you see yourself in technical computer science with a lot of practical relevance? With the Electromobility & Autonomous Systems degree program, you'll make science fiction come true and be a real lifesaver.

The future is free of fossil fuels
That's exactly why, in this degree program, you'll learn how modern mobility works. You’re taught technical background on all-electric and autonomous driving such as electric machines, batteries & fuel cells, battery charging, sensors, image processing, neural networks and signal processing.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes part of our everyday life
Autonomous systems are technical constructs that can act autonomously and independently of human intervention and adapt to changing conditions. Therefore, you’ll study important topics such as using AI to interpret detected information and initiate appropriate responses. E.g. for vehicles, where different sensors work together to detect an obstacle and initiate an emergency brake or evasive maneuver.

This is how your study of Electromobility & Autonomous Systems proceeds:
All students in the Electrical Engineering and Information Technology program complete a common foundation course during the first two semesters. Electromobility & Autonomous Systems is one of five specializations that can be selected for the advanced studies starting in the third 3. In the following you will find information on how the individual semesters are structured and about the content of the modules.
