Study Abroad Aide publishes an annual global university ranking to help students find the educational institutions that best suit their academic goals and personal preferences. The World University Rankings take into account both the proportion of international students and the academic reputation of the university.
This year, eight additional countries were included, so that a total of 8,536 institutions were evaluated. HKA now ranks in the top 28% globally, a significant improvement from last year’s position in the top 34% of the 8,059 institutions evaluated – a 6% rise in just one year. Within Germany, this corresponds to 114th place out of 358 ranked universities.
“The international development of our university is one of our core strategic goals,” says Rector Prof. Dr. Rose Marie Beck. “These results in global rankings validate our efforts and demonstrate to the world that we are an attractive university for international students.”
