As of last week, 12 students are being prepared for today's requirements of future-oriented leadership in the five-semester MBA "Digital Leadership and Coaching." The part-time course was developed jointly with the Karlsruhe Institute (www.karlsruher-institut.de) and teaches students leadership methods and mechanisms of today's digitally shaped working world. It combines scientific findings with application-oriented practical units. In classroom and online seminars, students thus receive a scientifically sound and practice-oriented education that includes real-life cases, peer and teaching coaching. Their professional, entrepreneurial and social skills will then enable them to better organize, lead and coach themselves and their teams in various corporate functions - with good career development opportunities.
