Student ID card / notification to HKA email address

The student id cards (CampusCards) have recently been printed on the HKA campus.
You will receive a notification to your HKA email address when your student id card is ready for collection at the student office (building R).
You can access your HKA emails on campus via eduroam or on the pool computers (outlook).
To access outside the HKA via owa.h-ka.de, multi-factor authentication must be set up.
For the one-time installation, you must be on campus in the university network.
Here are the instructions:

Step 1: You need an authenticator app on your smartphone (e.g. from Microsoft or Google).
Step 2: Log in to a pool computer using your access data (rz-account) (e.g. LI 136 or LI 142).
Step 3: In a browser, enter mfa.h-ka.de (without www) <Einloggen>. Press roll out token.
Step 4: Scan the QR code with the Authenticator app. The app generates a new token every 30 seconds.
The installation of the multi-factor authentication is now complete.
Step 5: Open owa.h-ka.de externally (at home) in your browser: Enter your rz-shortcut (RZ-Kürzel) and the app token.
Step 6: Enter your rz-account (rz-shortcut and password).

Interested students can work through the course individually at any time. The course was developed as part of the state-wide project helpBW, which is being realised under the leadership of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in cooperation with the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and other universities in Baden-Württemberg.
