Assistants and Coordinating Office

Our duties

A team of assistants supports the Senior Management in their operational and strategic work. As coordinators between the Senior Management and the university’s institutions, the team advances the Senior Management’s projects, synchronizes tasks, and is in continuous exchange with the Senior Management, their secretaries, and the project stakeholders. The personal assistants help with extending internal and external networks of the university, record the research activities at HKA, and organize central events, aided by other institutions.

The Coordinating Office supports the central university bodies - the Senate and the University Council - in their respective tasks. The Coordinating Office prepares the sessions of these bodies, clarifies questions, checks papers for the meetings and makes sure that all necessary information is forwarded to the people concerned after the sessions.
