Senior School: Enabling Research for Impact
The Senior School for Master's and PhD students will take place from May 26–29, 2026, at Munster Technological University in Cork, Ireland. Themed "Enabling Research for Impact" and focusing on sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship, this Senior Summer School will bring together Master's students, PhD students, faculty and industry experts from across Europe to discuss how research can deliver real societal, environmental and economic impact. This will be realized through challenges that come from partners of our INGENIUM Alliance.

You can receive 3 ECTS. We are currently clarifying whether grades will be awarded or whether the courses will only be graded as "pass" or "fail". As soon as we have new information, we will update this website accordingly.

Junior School: Health Promotion in the New Era
The Junior School for Bachelor students will take place from 01.-05.06.2026 at The Medical University, Sofia in Bulgaria.
The Junior School is divided into two tracks:
"AI and Labor Market Transformation "
This program is designed for Bachelor students who want not only to understand but also to actively shape how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world of work. Together, you will explore how AI and automation are reshaping employment patterns, job quality, and professional profiles – and which skills truly matter in the digital economy. Through interactive lectures, hands-on case studies, and international group projects, you will engage with current developments ranging from emerging career paths to issues of social inequality and inclusion, as well as ethical and legal challenges. By the end of the program, you will have gained in-depth insight into AI-driven transformation processes, strengthened your digital, analytical, and intercultural competences, and developed a clearer perspective on your own professional future in an AI-shaped labour market.
“Emergency Medicine in a Changing World”
This program is aimed at students who are eager to look beyond traditional perspectives and engage with the dynamic challenges facing emergency medicine in a rapidly changing world. Working in international and multidisciplinary teams, you will analyse realistic scenarios and develop practical solutions to complex emergency situations. Through simulations, case discussions, lectures, and collaborative group work, you will address emergency care in the context of climate change and disasters, digital innovations such as telemedicine and AI-supported diagnostics, pandemic and crisis response, as well as ethical and organisational challenges. By the end of the course, you will have acquired a solid foundation in modern emergency medicine, enhanced your clinical reasoning and teamwork abilities, strengthened your intercultural competences, and developed informed responses to future challenges in healthcare.
You can receive 3 ECTS. The course is graded as "passed" or "failed". We are currently clarifying whether it would also be possible to award grades. As soon as we have more information about the program and the form of assessment, we will update this website.
