INGENIUM – a European University Network

INGENIUM

Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HKA) has become a "European University" through the INGENIUM alliance, funded by the EU and by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) through the EU initiative's accompanying program.

The aim of the "European Universities" initiative is to combine the strengths and diversity of research and teaching in Europe in new structures and thus meet the challenges facing our continent. Learn more about INGENIUM here.

Collaborative digital teaching will be a critical element in building a European University with seamless physical, virtual and hybrid student and faculty mobility.

The entire INGENIUM team supports individual requirements and ideas. There are numerous benefits, such as internationalization@home, short-term mobility, modern teaching-learning formats, international exchange in English, etc. More specifically INGENIUM@HKA offers individual consulting and support for the implementation of innovative teaching concepts. This includes the provision of software, technical equipment, translation of materials, enrichment of teaching through collaboration and the arrangement of tandem partners.

The "Boosting INGENIUM for Excellence" (BI4E) project supports the European university INGENIUM. The focus is on strengthening operational and strategic capacities, promoting research and innovation and increasing the global competitiveness of the partner universities.
