INGENIUM for staff
- Further training at the HKA and with our partners, e.g. language courses or programmes to develop intercultural skills
- Funding for job shadowing and staff weeks
- Funding for relevant further education and training (internationalisation, intercultural skills, digitalisation)
Job shadowing is not only suitable for newcomers, but also particularly for long-serving employees who want to develop professionally and personally within their area of work or the HKA. Applications for staff mobilities (job shadowing or staff weeks) and applications for funding for further training can be submitted until November. Please send enquiries about these offers to ingenium@h-ka.de.
