  • INGENIUM@HKA - Seed fund for student projects

    The INGENIUM@HKA Seed Fund offers you financial support (up to €5,000) to implement innovative projects in areas such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, health, diversity or inclusion.

    You can find more information and the application form here.
    Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis. Projects must be implemented by November 2026 at the latest.

Current calls for lecturers and researchers

  • Funding for the organization of short-term programs (BIPs)

    Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs) are jointly designed and implemented courses. They combine a short physical mobility with a virtual phase.
    As the organizing or coordinating university, you/your department/your institution organize the event and host the face-to-face event at HKA. You will receive organizational support of €400 per mobile learner (€4,000 - 6,000) from Erasmus+ funds. INGENIUM @HKA will be happy to support you, e.g. in finding a partner.

  • The call for Joint Education Labs goes into the next round!

    The INGENIUM Education Lab invites you once again to submit proposals for joint Education Lab projects.
    Work together with at least one other INGENIUM university on innovative projects such as co-teaching, co-creation by students or the development of new teaching methods. You can explore a variety of topics: Creation of micro credentials | Exchange of innovative teaching methods | Development of joint educational projects | Innovative learning environments (hybrid, VR, etc.) | Promotion of lifelong learning and partnerships with companies.

    Funding for mobility, materials and other expenses may be available to support your project. Further details and networking tips can be found here.

INGENIUM for employees

  • Further training at the HKA and with our partners, e.g. language courses or opportunities to develop intercultural skills
  • Funding for job shadowing and staff weeks
  • Funding for relevant further education and training (internationalization, intercultural competence, digitalization)

Job shadowing is not only suitable for newcomers, but also particularly for long-serving employees who would like to develop professionally and personally within their area of work or the HKA. Applications for staff mobility (job shadowing or staff weeks) and applications for funding for further training can be submitted until October.
