The PASCH initiative, a collaboration between the Goethe-Institut and selected schools worldwide, aims to promote the spread of the German language and culture and to inspire young people for intercultural cooperation.
During the visit, the young people were encouraged to create their own ideal virtual reality learning world. Under the guidance of our employees and doctoral students Jonas Deuchler and Fiona Schmidbauer, they designed interactive 3D simulations and immersed themselves in virtual worlds that were specifically tailored to their individual needs and interests.
"We are thrilled to welcome the young people to our lab as part of the PASCH initiative," said Daniel Hepperle, Deputy Spokesperson of the Institute. "Our mission is to broaden young people's horizons and get them excited about the possibilities of modern technology. We hope that this visit will spark their curiosity and inspire them to further explore fascinating topics such as immersive learning environments and virtual reality."
The event at the Institute for Intelligent Interaction and Immersive Experiences was a resounding success and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on the young visitors. The Institute remains committed to encouraging young people and introducing them to the exciting world of technology.
