Double degree

Integrated Study Program in Geomatics (IPG): The Faculty of Information Management and Media offers a two-year bi-national Master’s degree program in cooperation with the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Students get the chance of spending, as a rule, one year at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and one year at the Spanish partner university in Valencia. Graduates receive their Master’s degrees from both universities. German students need to be registered for the International Master’s program in Geomatics.

Excursions and final thesis

By doing excursions and the final thesis in a company, an in-depth practical relevance can be established.

Semester abroad

Master’s degree students can take courses or work on their master’s thesis in Great Britain (Edinburgh), South Africa (Pretoria), Russia (Novosibirsk), Greece (Thessaloniki), or the USA (Mankato MN).
