Automotive Systems Engineering

With the Automotive Systems Engineering master's degree program, you will acquire a degree in an industry with a promising future.  Hardly any other technical system is currently characterized by more innovation and progress than the vehicle. Keywords for this are, on the one hand, autonomous driving, e-mobility, connectivity or even cyber-physical safety due to highly networked, intelligent mobility requirements. On the other hand, the "classic" vehicle systems are also experiencing strong progress via lightweight construction concepts, cooling and flow optimization. 

Close exchange with the automotive industry

Within three semesters, you will gain in-depth and application-oriented knowledge at the cutting edge in close cooperation with the automotive industry. We offer you the specializations, "Intelligent and Autonomous Driving" or "Digital Vehicle Development" from which you can choose according to your interests.

A series of lectures on the topic of human resources and corporate management with external lecturers from industry will prepare you for the tasks of a manager in a practical way.

Who is the program aimed at?

The Master's program is suitable for all graduates of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study. and who would like to deepen their knowledge in the specialist areas of the respective specializations. You should be interested in the mechatronic systems of vehicles.
