Practical and company experience
As a university of applied sciences, we attach great importance to your practical experience during your studies. We ensure this through a large proportion of classroom teaching in laboratories and through research and development projects.
Master's thesis in the company
You will also carry out your written master's thesis with a practical component, usually in a company. During this time, you will gain an insight into your future working environment and will thus be on familiar ground for your job.

As a manager with personnel responsibility you will have great opportunities for personal and professional development. That is why the Faculty MMT attaches great importance to your training as a future manager by our module "Human Resources and Corporate Management".
