International IT Business (B.Sc.)
International IT Business
The degree program in International IT Business prepares you for a career in the digital and global economy. The study content from computer science and business administration is taught in a practical manner and supplemented with international topics. During your internship semester abroad, you will develop intercultural skills so that you can later structure global business processes and develop needs-based solutions on the job. In addition, you can take a double degree at a partner university (not compulsory). Your bachelor's thesis, which you write in a company in Germany or abroad, completes your studies.
What you can expect during your studies
In order to optimally prepare you for the information technology challenges of a global economy, the International IT Business program teaches content from related areas such as marketing, enterprise social media, international business networks, business intelligence or soft skills. In addition, students have the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in case studies and actual customer projects. Presentations, intercultural exchange and group work soon provide a first insight into your future professional life.
Your prospects
Upon successful completion of your studies in International IT Business you will receive the academic degree "Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)" and thus the best opportunities in a growing and attractive job market. Subsequently, you can go on to study a Master's degree program in Business Information Systems .

Zoe Kammerdiener
Zoe Kammerdiener started her studies in International IT Business in March 2018. She completed her internship semester at EXXETA AG. Besides her studies, she participates in many committees. She is on the board of the faculty-level Student Council, consultant for internal affairs at the AStA Karlsruhe and student member of the Senate. She also helps organizing the orientation phase and is a mentor for first-year students.
