How can HKA students help shape the future of INGENIUM? At the INGENIUM Student Conference, taking place November 20–25, up to 50 students from the ten partner universities will gather in Oviedo to work together to find answers to this question.
A Roadmap by Students, for Students
The focus of the five-day conference is the development of the INGENIUM Student Participation Roadmap 2027–2028. The document is intended to outline how students can become more involved in the alliance’s future development and how they can contribute their interests. To this end, participants will work in three thematic areas:
- Programs for Students: Which INGENIUM opportunities are particularly relevant? How can programs and the Student Calendar be organized more clearly?
- Student advocacy: How can the student representative bodies at the partner universities and the INGENIUM Student Board collaborate more effectively in the future?
- Communication: How can INGENIUM be better promoted at the ten partner universities and in the various countries?
The results will be presented to the Academic Assembly on November 24 and incorporated into the INGENIUM Final Conference the following day. All participants will be listed as co-authors of the roadmap.
Who can participate?
Up to five HKA students may participate. The call is open to students who have already taken part in INGENIUM activities, as well as those involved in student advocacy or who would like to learn more about the alliance. The working language of the conference is English. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.
