Baden-Württemberg is a federal state with many universities, especially with many European University Alliances. HKA appreciates the opportunity to engage with local universities facing similar challenges in establishing European universities. The direct communication line to and with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts (MWK) has been of great value for both sides and is being advertised as a best pracitce example nationwide and quite unique in this form.
