First Alliance-Wide Online Chess Tournament
This March, the first INGENIUM Online Chess Tournament will take place as part of the Inclusion Month. The event is organised by the newly founded INGENIUM Chess Club and is open to students from all partner universities within the INGENIUM Alliance.
This two-day online format offers an opportunity for cross-university exchange in a friendly and respectful environment. Both experienced players and those without prior tournament experience are welcome to participate.
Tournament Structure
- Thursday, 6 March 2026 – 17:00 CET
Main tournament with open rounds for all participants
- Thursday, 13 March 2026 – 17:00 CET
Semi-finals and final rounds for the top eight participants
Registration and Participation
To participate, we kindly ask you to fill out the registration form in advance. This ensures optimal preparation of the event.
Joining the tournament will be possible from 1 hour before the start on each tournament day. A reminder email including the direct access link will be sent shortly before the event.
Please note that you need to become a member of the INGENIUM Chess Club first in order to sign up for the tournament. You can join the INGENIUM Chess Club at any time via the registration form.

- Open to all levels of experience
