DFG project PAK: Micro and macro compounds

Project information

Project duration: -
Funding: DFG

Project description

The DFG project PAK consists of the research areas - Microcompounds - Morphologically designed materials for reactive microscale compounds in electronic packaging and - Macrocompounds - Heat release and microstructures in reactive joining, whereby the IDM, in close cooperation with the research groups of Dr. Stüber (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) and Prof. Mücklich (Saarland University), is dedicated to the macrocompounds.

The research areas on this slide are assigned to the groups and cooperation partners as follows: - Phase field simulations: Prof. Nestler (Institute of Digital Materials Science) - Characterization: Prof. Mücklich (Saarland University) - Thin Film Design: Dr. Stüber (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology)
