Carsten H. Hahn is a thought leader and expert in digital platform business models and radical innovation especially for the so-called “German Mittelstand” and the Hidden Champions of the German Economy.
His research and transfer activities are focusing on the adoption of AI Agents in business processes of various industries and domains (Agentic AI).
