PROMOS scholarships

PROMOS _ Studium

Within the framework of the PROMOS program, funding from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) can be used to support study semesters at foreign partner universities lasting from three to six months. All students enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program are eligible to apply. Funding is also available for the preparation of a Bachelor's or Master's thesis. Simultaneous funding with Erasmus or the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM is not possible. The amount of funding is 300 - 450 euros per month. Every year, these merit-based scholarship funds are available exclusively for countries in the Asian region – preferably South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong. The application documents – consisting of a letter of motivation (maximum one A4 page), mark sheet and curriculum vitae – are to be submitted as a pdf file via e-mail to Hannes Schwarz at the International Office by January 15 for this year's summer semester application and by July 15 for this year's winter semester application.
