INGENIUM PhD Mobility & Co-Supervision Scholarships 2026 – Apply Now!

The INGENIUM PhD Mobility & Co-Supervision Scholarships 2026 offer doctoral students from all disciplines the opportunity to expand their research on an international level and to actively engage in scientific collaboration within the INGENIUM Alliance.

Funding is available for research stays of up to four months at another INGENIUM partner university. The focus is not only on geographical mobility, but above all on connecting research perspectives across institutional boundaries through the establishment of sustainable co-supervision arrangements and joint doctoral supervision.

The projects offer the opportunity to generate new ideas with international research teams and to establish long-term academic collaborations. Funding amounts to up to €1,000 per month (maximum €4,000 per project) and can be combined with other programs such as Erasmus+. Support is provided specifically for travel, accommodation, and living expenses.

Particular emphasis is placed on projects with the potential for lasting scientific collaborations within the Alliance. The selection of suitable co-supervision partners is facilitated by the INGENIUM Doctoral Ecosystems and the CONNECT platform, which enables new research connections across the entire Alliance.

Please submit your application by September 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CEST) via email to irsbspam prevention@ingenium-university.eu, with ingeniumspam prevention@h-ka.de copied (CC).
