The e-learning course module "Business Model Canvas" offers students and staff across the INGENIUM alliance the opportunity to to explore how successful business models are built — and how they can create their own.
The module was developed as part of "Entrepreneurial INGENIUM", an initiative of Munster Technological University (MTU) in Cork, Ireland - with the idea of offering all students and staff of INGENIUM partner universities the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the concept of entrepreneurship.
Who can apply?
The one-hour self-study course is aimed at anyone who wants to acquire the entrepreneurial skills required to lead innovative projects, teams and strategies.
What to expect?
In this course you will learn the basic building blocks required to develop an idea for a new product or service and understand what needs to be researched and developed to turn that idea into a viable business model.
The Business Model Canvas course module can be self-paced or you can use it at your university as part of your teaching and learning activities. The course uses concrete practical examples and introduces you step by step to a new way of thinking that includes innovation, problem solving and a proactive approach to various opportunities and challenges. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an INGENIUM Digital Badge.
