What kinds of ideas are we looking for?
Whether it’s a workshop, a competition, a cultural event, a sustainability initiative, or a project for the campus community: You decide what you’d like to organize together. Your project can take place in person, online, or as a hybrid event. Possible topics include sustainability, inclusion, intercultural exchange, student entrepreneurship, and a healthy campus.
Who can participate?
Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. students, as well as student groups and initiatives from the ten INGENIUM partner universities, are eligible to participate. It’s important that your project brings together students or student organizations from at least three INGENIUM partner universities.
How to apply
Do you already have an idea but are still looking for teammates? If so, you can start by submitting a non-binding Expression of Interest by November 3, 2026. This will allow other students from the INGENIUM network to learn about your idea and get in touch with you.
The complete application, including a project description and budget, must be submitted by December 1, 2026. The projects will be implemented from January through July 2027.
Want to know how the application process works and which costs are eligible for funding? Then join the online information session on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 1:30–2:30 p.m. (CEST)
