INGENIUM for staff
Job shadowing is not only suitable for newcomers, but also particularly for long-serving employees who want to develop professionally and personally within their area of work or the HKA. Applications for staff mobilities (job shadowing or staff weeks) and applications for funding for further training can be submitted until November. Please send enquiries about these offers to ingenium@h-ka.de.

Do you want to gain new insights into the climate change, learn about initiatives that try to tackle it and also get to know students from all over Europe? Here's your opportunity: The INGENIUM European Climate Action Workshop!
The workshop is hosted by the University of Skövde and Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and aims at students from all of the alliance partners of the INGENIUM University.
When? March21, 2024 from 9:00-12.30 (CET)
Where? Online via Zoom
You as a participant will not only get new insights into the climate change but you will also create scenarios to reach a goal of 2.0°C temperature change until the year 2100 using the En-Roads simulator. Explore the impacts and dependencies of measures to mitigate climate change together with other European students in teams.

Registration deadline is March 20, 2024.
On April 17 and 18, 2024, students from all INGENIUM partner universities will come together online to work in various groups on "Sustainable Development Goals at Campus Level". All HKA participants will meet together in a room from which they will be connected to their teams throughout Europe.
The Sustainable INGENIUM Challenge is an opportunity to work together in an international environment while contributing to the sustainable development of universities.
The winning team will be invited to the award ceremony during the 10 Days of INGENIUM at the University of Rouen Normandy (May 27-31, 2024). In addition, their project will be included in the INGENIUM Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Deal Agenda.
