Infrastructure is a department in the Office for Campus Infrastructure and Development (EBI). The Infrastructure department is responsible for the supervision and management of the buildings and is divided into three units: Campus Operations, Technical Equipment, and Maintenance & Services.

Campus Operations

Campus Operations is responsible for distributing mail, dispatch, transports, removals, setup / dismantling of equipment for events, as well as manual tasks. A recently introduced emission-free cargo e-bike is used wherever possible.

Technical Equipment

The Technical Equipment unit is responsible for the proper operation of the technical equipment, for regularly checking and adjusting control parameters, eliminating malfunctions in the technical equipment, as well as monitoring legal and environmental protection regulations.

Maintenance & Services

Maintenance & Services is the central point of contact for all malfunction and damage reports, for issuing access authorizations, for cleaning and disposal services, and for lost property. Maintenance & Services also includes services the event and mobility service.
