Information Technology

Profile Content

Learn how to juggle information

The main contents of your studies are digital signal processing, microelectronics, and microprocessor technology. You will deal with high-frequency and communications engineering as well as applied computer science. What for?

To make sure that the hardware understands what the software means

Information technology connects electrical engineering and computer science, so it deals with the technical systems level and IT services, digital microelectronics and software engineering.

Become a bridge builder

You will learn to acquire, transmit, and connect data and information. This is how you interlink people, machines, and vehicles. This is how you learn to set the standards of tomorrow.

This is how your study of Information Technology proceeds

All students in the Electrical Engineering and Information Technology program complete a common foundation course during the first two semesters. Information Technology is one of six specializations that can be selected for the advanced studies starting in the third semester. In the following you will find information on how the individual semesters are structured and about the content of the modules.
