The number of participants is limited. We kindly ask you to register for the summer school in advance. Your data will be deleted after the event.
Registration before August 8, 2024. Your registration is only valid after paying the registration fee. Please note that the registration fee will not be refunded in case of your cancellation.

This data protection statement applies to the collection, storage and processing of data collected and processed during registration for summer school i3s.

The 'Registration for summer school i3s' input form is integrated into the general HKA website. The general privacy policy of the HKA website can be found at: https://www.h-ka.de/datenschutz We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. All personal data collected and processed by us as part of the 'Registration for summer school i3s' is protected against unauthorized access and manipulation by technical and organizational measures.

Data collection
In the course of the 'Registration for summer school i3s', we collect, store and process the personal data requested from you in the registration form. This is done for the purpose of preparing for and following up on the summer school i3s. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) section a) (consent) and e.) (processing for the performance of tasks of the university) of the GDPR.
Disclosure of data to third parties
We only pass on your data to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) c GDPR.
Duration of data storage
Personal data will be deleted upon revocation, but no later than 3 months after the summer school i3s.
Law on information and correction or deletion
The applicant has the right to free information about their personal data stored as part of the application process. The applicant has the right to rectification, erasure and blocking of their personal data provided as part of the 'Application for summer school i3s'.
