IngEniUm – a European university network
In July 2019, the European Commission selected the first "European Universities". They are to contribute to the quality, attractiveness and competitiveness of European higher education institutions and make a weighty contribution to a united and strong Europe. With the accompanying program European University Networks (EUN) – national initiative for German universities, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is supporting the European initiative.
Within the scope of this national accompanying program, the DAAD is funding the European higher education alliance IngEniUm with funds from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The 2021-23 funding period focuses on the collaborative development of transnational teaching programs with digital components.
