Why go to a job fair when information about companies is easily available online? The truth is, nothing beats a face-to-face meeting, even if it happens to be online. But preparations are essential:

For anyone who’s interested in discussing racism from different aspects and experiences, this workshop aims to be a safe space and a sharing opportunity! Together, we will develope strategies to strengthen our self-awareness, to set effective boundaries and demand respect.

The workshop is going to be held in German, a German Language Level of B1 is needed.
This workshop is for BIPoC-students (Black, Indigenous and People of Color), migrants and refugees.
